All Cleverley ebikes come with a 2-year quality warranty to give you peace of mind over any potential defects and the quality of our workmanship or components.

2-year warranty on all primary components of your bike: motor, battery, gears and display. 3-year coverage on the frame.
How to make a warranty claim?
Please lodge any warranty claims via email to warranty@cleverley.com.au, providing a brief description of your issue and any supporting photos or videos.
General returns
We want you to love riding your bike and, if for some reason, your Cleverley isn’t giving you the joy you’d hoped for, we’ll let you return it. Just let us know within 14-days and less than 70kms of riding and we’ll arrange the return and shipping costs. Please hold onto your packaging during this period just in case, as a fee will be charged for replacement boxes.
