Your bike comes almost 95% assembled, tested and carefully packed by our expert build team. To get rolling on arrival, consult your manual.
How much does shipping cost?
We have a flat rate of $55 for deliveries anywhere in Australia. Alternatively, you can pick up free of charge from our warehouse in Brisbane.
How long will it take to arrive?
It’ll depend on your location – but typically if your model is in stock, it should be new bike day within 5-7 business days. We’ll send you a tracking number as soon your precious cargo leaves our warehouse so you can follow along at home.
How do returns work?
We want you to love riding your bike and, if for some reason, your Cleverley isn’t giving you the joy you’d hoped for, we’ll let you return it. Just let us know within 14-days and less than 70kms of riding and we’ll arrange the return and shipping costs. Please hold onto your packaging during this period just in case.
What's involved in assembly?
All bikes come 95% ready to ride. Simply move the handlebars into place, screw in the pedals, fix the rear fender mounting arms to the frame, pump those tyres and you’ll be good to roll.
Allow: 45 mins approximately.
